Wow -- this endless squirming to justify war crimes is astonishing. Who's squirming? I provided you a very pertinent example based upon the philosophical logic that you have expressed on this thread. So yes or no.. Would it be considered a war crime for the US to launch a retaliatory nuclear strike against an enemy that has used nuclear weapons against us? Hawk
