I will not miss statist American conservatives either if I left. Funny how in one generation American conservatives have gone from loathing government to embracing it without question and even expanding it under their control. Even invading and occupying other countries without provocation, in the fashion of previous facist regimes from generations past. What does conservatism in America stand for in 2006? Statism and facism and a lot of government pork for their friends in business along the way. Sorry, I can find a better country than this.
