So, in tune with privatizing social security and directing billions into private investment plans we will somehow eliminate business failures AND engineer a regulatory system that would adequately safeguard private accounts? I don't think so. The investment community is usually one step ahead of the regulators... That's not a failure of privatization but a failure mainly of a particular corporation and, secondarily, a failure of corporate pension plan regulation.
