It's actually amazing that there haven't been more terrorist strikes on our home turf. We (the USA) can always do better and our Intelligence, Law Enforcement and Military can all be beefed up and better prepared, but we are doing just that and making great progress. The only reason someone would be tempted to blame Clinton for 9/11 is because the liberal left blames Bush. Blame is not valid or useful. It's just a political tactic, period.
