missing the impact by a few seconds isn't bad. For the illusion to take hold all you have to be is close. Why have an elaborate illusion at all? Cheney could have claimed any attack to be reason enough to invade Iraq's oil fields. It didn't have to be the WTC. It didn't have to be an elaborate and risky scheme of split second timing. All Cheney needed was to know that another Al Qaeda attack was being planned, and not stop it. TP
