Dav,

"Is 74 a good price to load ? or it will hit 70 ?"

The question isn't a matter of price, but of time. The market in general is in a downtrend, this might continue for a few more days. I wouldn't be surprised to see CPQ at these levels for the next week or so. After a week you should see CPQ start rising (if not sooner.)

As earnings get closer people will start buying on expections of other people buying and raising the stock. This creates a self-fulfilling prophecy and momentum kicks in.

That being said, you should know how large a position you want in CPQ, and start adding to that position slowly over the next few days. By October you should have filled your position.

In terms of price I don't expect CPQ to fall below yesterday's low of 73. The only way I see CPQ hitting 70 is if one of the true tech bellweathers warn i.e. INTC, MSFT or DELL. I don't think that will happen now.
