If we have a nuclear exchange with the Soviet Union, the country for which our policy was fashioned, the perpetrators of the crime will indeed be put to death-- we all will be put to death.

What if it's a nuclear warhead placed in a cargo container/plane and detonated in a US port/city by Iran or N. Korea?

Would it be a war crime if we conduct a massive retaliation then?

Or do we just get to use massive retaliation against the Russians?

we have soldiers on trial for murder. They can receive the death penalty for their crime.

So you are a believer in capital punishment, I take it?

Some people consider killing people for committing a crime to be a violation of their human rights.. or IOW, a war crime..
