And second: What's typical leadtime for leading edge steppers (I understand the manufacturing the optics takes 9 (?) months or so?). TIA Memory makers are DRAM, DDR-2 and NAND flash. Extra orders came mainly from Samsung, Hynix, Micron, and the Toshiba-SanDisk combination. The leadtime for immersion 1900i is about six month. If you pay in advance and if you are a good and reliable customer you will get the machine within 5 month.:) Niek
