It should be retitled Cheney-The Mastermind Behind 9/11 in my opinion. I don't think Bush is an idiot. Sure, he's not the greatest public speaker and sounds like an idiot. But, as a representative of the oil cartel, military industrial complex and wealthy elites, he has been a mastermind of their good fortunes. Just look at the boom times the oil industry and military industrial complex are enjoying under Bush. Mission Accomplished as money pours into his rich backer's coffers. Bush seems like an idiot because he's so damn awkward about his grand plan to assist the oil and military industries, but he's been brilliant for their finances and that's all that really matters at that level of society. The think he's a genius.
