Except for Mongolia and now Taiwan (which the Chinese have always felt was theirs) China in its very long history has never had any interest in expanding its borders. They are almost too big now to manage. All this talk of encircling China is just a bunch of hooey. If the USA gets in trouble with China it will probably be over Taiwan. That would be a shame, as both China and USA benefit by it just being left alone. Bye the way, we are Chinas largest DEBTOR, wouldnt be wise to kill of the guy that owes you money now would it. haha. The only way USA and China will get into parity between one another business wise is for them to raise their standard of living so high that they have the money to buy from us. By then the Chinese Yuan will have risen in value and our goods will be equally competitive pricewise with them. jdn
