One would expect a building that had all support removed to fall in free fall time.

It's pretty obvious from videos that all support was not removed from WTC-7. Some lower floor(s) only lost support.
The upper floors fell as a unit.

How then would you expect it to fall faster because those lower floors were bombed, as opposed to just failing from the stress?

The premise makes no sense.
