BD-The time to buy is when the majority has the most fear. The mining sector is at a ridiculous price level right now, that's for sure.
As an example, other than Alta, Miramar mining is selling below the level of the cash they have in the bank! If you have the guts, this is how big bucks are made, by buying what others are selling out of fear.
