SBC Warburg actually conceded that this qtr EPS is at most $0.285
In SBC Warburg upgrade, it gives the following estimates:
The 1997 EPS estimate is $1.24 per share, while for 1998
it is $1.79.

For FY97
Q1 $0.36 A
Q2 $0.31 A
Q3 (1.24 - (0.36 + 0.31))/2 = 0.285
Q4 (1.24 - (0.36 + 0.31))/2 = 0.285

Given that the Q4 is certainly stronger than Q3, Q3's EPS will be < 0.28
