Great point, Ichy. I never realized that Canada was so stupid to contemplate the law of sharia up north. It would be absolutely horrifying to imagine women in the US or Canada exposed to that kind of religious abuse. I would like to see US bills reinforce the separation of church and state to protect the civil liberties of women from religious fanatics.
