There are opinions and there are opinions. Yours sounds like a partisan opinion! Americans don't think they way you do because they have been "dumbed down" to a large extent by their very inadequate education system and by their government-compliant media. Also because of their preoccupation with sports and enjoying their cushy-cushy lifestyle, far too many Americans have become too lazy to read or study anything in depth with the result that they regularly rely on sound bites for all their news and knowledge of the world. Furthermore, the US government have been overtly and unstintingly supporting Israel. No wonder Americans seem to support all that go on in Israel. By contrast, Europeans are closer to Israel geographically and more often than not, they get to know a lot more things about Israel and then some.... .
