No fees ever, except for using other banks' ATMs, and why bother with that?

If your using your card to make a purchase, and you enter your ATM pin number, it doesn't count it as "using other bank's ATMs".

I know there are some (usually very small) banks who don't charge you a fee to use other banks ATMs (because they don't have enough of their own and don't want you to write them off from consideration due to that fact), but the charge I'm talking about is the ATM charge.
