Directors; Rockwell Collins Executive to Help Guide Growing IT Solutions and
Services Provider

ASHBURN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 7, 2006
Telos(R) Corporation announced today the appointment of
Ken A. Peterman to the company's board of directors. Peterman is vice
president and general manager of Display Systems for Rockwell Collins
Government Systems. He has 30 years of defense industry experience in
strategic planning, marketing, program management, engineering and
research and development.
"Ken is a dynamic individual who has successfully built and run
multiple businesses," said Telos CEO, John B. Wood. "His expertise,

Peterman joins recently appointed Telos board members: retired
Army Lt. Gen. Bruce Harris, retired Army Lt. Gen. Charles S. Mahan,
Jr., and retired Navy Vice Adm. Jerry O. Tuttle.

Ken A. Peterman

Ken A. Peterman is vice president and general manager of Display
Systems for Rockwell Collins Government Systems, where he is
responsible for overseeing the Display Systems portfolio. He
previously served as vice president of Business Development for
Government Systems, responsible for worldwide sales and marketing
activities for Rockwell Collins and had served as director of
Communication Systems Marketing. Before joining Rockwell Collins,
Peterman was director of Business Development and Strategic Planning
for Raytheon Tactical Systems. Peterman holds a BSEE with high honors
from Tri-State University. He is a member of the Armed Forces
Communications and Electronics Association, and the Association of the
United States Army.
