Manny - great post - It seems that Petar is the man behind the money and was in charge in any event. Your conversation is very similar to the one I had with him back about 6 months ago after I loaded up in the .002's and was getting very nervous with all the wormie bashing taking place. Each time I get that feeling and start to get the tons of PM's about different scam theories, the volume slows down, the message boards get more bearish and frustrated, the weak hands sell and afterwards each and every time the stock has run in a huge way. I also liked the fact that they disavowed the fax and email spam and, in particular your post that they will NOT DILUTE, and will have audited statements, etc.
