Neff on KOMG - update KOMG’s goal is to improve margins by returning to full capacity utilization in 4Q. Based on our conversation with our contacts at KOMG, it appears that KOMG’s goal is to return to full capacity utilization in 4Q by slowing capacity additions, which could have a positive impact on EPS. While KOMG has previously targeted 43 million unit capacity exiting 4Q06 by adding 4 million units in 4Q (expects to exit 3Q with 39 million unit capacity), the company noted that it has the flexibility to slow or not add additional capacity to maximize utilization. Stock impact: positive for KOMG.
