DPII shares will be split 4 for 1,
presumably next week as they convert
to INFI after the close of the meeting.

Shares are off 4% on the news so far,
I think they should have done 3 for 1 and
tried to get INFI coming out around $10.

4 for 1 gives the impression that they're
building in too much room for INFI, and it
will sag--say $4 becomes $16, then fades.

I remain, faithfully, long and optimistic.
If this becomes liquidity for the VC's to
sell into, I'll be pretty dang cranky!
