<<Let there be no doubt that ASND is still in the dog house for this qtr. It looks like ASND will not meet a sequentially flat rev of $311.7 MM. Remember that the CSCC acquisition is still somewhat diluted for 2 cos.>> Yes, but on earnings day +1 noone looks at Q3 anymore - just Q4 which looks great. The last part is incorrect. ASND stated in Q2 CC that Q3 and Q4 would not be dilutive and accretive in 1998. With this NTT announcement, watch for them to say in Q3 CC that CSCC will be accretive in Q4.
