My take on recent events... Either someone is unwinding a large position to move on to non mining opportunities, which would account for the larger volumes recently, or we are witnessing a downward engineering of the price for a cross/crosses at a lower level. It just doesn't make sense for the volume to be so high on what is a normally lightly traded issue, unless something is up. Today we have seen heavy selling from First Marathon, then a 250,000 share cross. With the activity in Bema, we may have seen the bottom here as well. El Callao just doesn't trade a half million shares under a buck.
