Evangelicals believe in witnessing about Christ, but I don't know any that believe they should force anyone to accept Chirst. I.e. they fundamentally are freedom of choice individuals just like Libertarians.

Having argued that this is a possible combination and knowing folk who represent that combination, let me now take exception to this formulation. I also know evangelicals who are not so open minded. They not only "know" the moral truths but intend to force them down our throats through politics, the media, you name it.

I think there are lots of cats under/in the bag labeled evangelical. Including some of the most interesting, most dedicated, most serious, and, at times, most dangerous folk I know.
