When are the REITS going to hit the wall? They are way overpriced. Take a look at AVB, ESS, PSA, SLG and BXP. I can't seem to do anything right lately, my longs are going down (mostly energy) and my shorts are going up. Current shorts are NG, HITT, OMX, CTRP, EXBD, PSA, SLG and SHLD. I have a small profit in SLG and SHLD. I keep thinking this market is going to tank, but I guess I'm too early. I hate the momentum style of investing, but it looks like these are the guys that are winning right now.
