1. There is a link for the SI Terms of Use at the top of the screen. The only people who can delete posts are SI Admin and their spam patrol guy, as far as I know.

2. That's up to SI.

3. That's up to SI. I haven't banned anyone.

4. Depends on your expectations and the subject matter, IMO.
