its a california company Laz, they have LEASED a manufacturing floor from wherever they could get it for as cheap as possible.

There is no difference between Tesla and HP or Dell. They are doing design and R&D here and contracting for mfg facilities until they get to a volume level where it makes sense to build their own assembly line.

You seem like you are scared to death, like a GM executive or something. Sheesh.
