Livedoor results on the up and up and the prosecutors in Japan on the down and down. They have got a vindictive case, not an actual case it seems to me, judging by what they have released as news to the public so far and according to Horie [and his lawyers]

24c net profit is not bad. Especially for a purchase price at about 100 yen [my buy price].

I doubt that anyone would suggest they have broken the law to get the result, given the amount of scrutiny and police attention. They wouldn't be wanting more raids and prosecutions and you can be sure the olde guard are still out to get Horie and Livedoor [and therefore the shareholders of Livedoor].
