Welcome Bruin to the Contrarian Board

What you have pointed out makes a lot of sense. Notheless, one should not loose sight of the fact that NTE has over $5 per share in cash and parctically no debt on its balance sheet. The recent sharp drop in its stock price was due to a lowered guidance for the third quarter provided by the management just before the long labor day weekend. Very large volume of the stock traded on that day -- meeting one of my critial criteria in iddentifying a contrarian investment opportunity!

Let's us review the situation six months from now!!
