Just curious.

What I have always found the most curious about this whole issue is that there's a segment of the population that is so consumed with resentment over what they perceive as being looked down upon that they would reject the notion that the president should be smarter than we are. I most definitely want a president who is smarter than I am. I have not a single doubt that I am not smart enough to be president even though I am smarter than most. My feeling inferior in the face of the intellect of a candidate is a very good thing, IMO. This shared inferiority complex that makes wanting a smart president unacceptable to a segment of the population is curious, indeed.
