NVID .is another potential powerhouse. Last weeks news seems to be
the prelude to what is around the bend. I have spoken to the company and
have been told that although the meat industry may be a primetime market for
the disinfectant, it's chicken scratch compared to some to the other
markets. Like municipal water treatment, hospitals, restaurants, etc. The
thing that I like about this stock is twofold, one it is liquid, but most of
all, I like the down to earth, no pie in the sky attitude of the management.
They are very realistic, focused, and in no hurry. This to me is a showing
of strength, kinda like you can pay me now, or you can pay me later, but you
are going to pay me, attitude. I don't feel that anyone should bet the
farm, there will be plenty of time to buy it on the way up, but at these
prices, you can't afford not to own a little, even a thousand shares could
be worth a ton if they get USDA approval.

NVID is bouncing off the bottom. I have spoken
to the company on many occasions, and realize the importance of their
technologies. Until they get approval from the FDA and a nod of endorsement
from the USDA, this will trade between .30 and .60. But, news could be
forthcoming at any time and when it comes, it will be explosive. I would
recommend a small core position in this stock at these levels and utilize
the trading range, to help average me in.

500 COMPANIES

Business Editors
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 7, 1996--NVID
International Inc. (OTC BB:NVID) introduced Microsafe(r), naming
their revolutionary non-toxic liquid disinfectant.
While USDA testing and evaluation for non consumable uses in the
food processing industry will begin within 30 days, the company is
moving forward to market Microsafe(r) in non-consumable applications.

Staph A, Salmonella C, and Pseudomas A within 30 seconds of contact.
Its effectiveness and safety has made it ideal for use in hospitals,
public facilities, pool and spa disinfection and in cleaning
compounds such as soaps and cleansers.

The Phantoms' Wake Up Call Email Hotlist" (tm)
August 8, 1996

I can't remember when I have been so excited over any one stock as I am
NVID. The more I find out the more I like. I would highly recommend any
one considering this to hurry up and call the company at 1.800.226.3415

I was going to do a major write up, but I will wait till I receive the
entire due dilly package. In the meantime here's n excerpt from a reply to
one of my
subscribers.

If I was going to name a rocket, it would have to be NVID. I spent most of
yesterday morning on the phone with them. Whew, what a potential rocket.
They have a disinfectant the kills salmonella, staph, psueduem A, and God
knows what else, but get this, it's human consumable, non toxic. They said
that they have been approached by several major Fortune 500 companies that
actually sought them out and have hounded them to get a distribution right
to this. Two are final stage negotiations, (actually I'm told they are done
deals) with worldwide distribution rights. This is where the conversation
got interesting though. The deals are only specified for non consumable
disinfectant distribution. The one company has already worked out a separate
agreement for the consumable end. What's this all mean.
Well, I won't belabor you with all minute details, but basically the human
consumable side means that every food processor, restaurant, and
municipality will want to use this. Did I say municipality? Yep, one of the
biggest applications is municipal water supplies in place of chlorine. What
we are talking about is a 300 billion dollar market just for the consumable
side of the equation. The non consumable is like the size of a LYSOL market,
and that's what the two mentioned are on board with already.

I was really impressed with the management, no high flying , just down to earth.
The one thing that struck me was the CEO stating that the other division
alone was worth over $1.00 per share on it's own merits. That division is
based around water purification via Ionization. He went on to name all the
big name hotels, casinos, and hospitals where they already have these
commercial units installed, and threw out the numbers that they do. Impressive.

Funny, yesterday I would call, speak, hang up, my mind would start to
wonder, call again, get clarification and repeat this about five times. Each
time getting more and more excited. Each time buying more and more. I
started to put an evaluation of price on this now and in the future. I
figure just based on what they are doing at present the stock is worth about
1.50, and when all the testing is complete with the USDA, who knows 20, 40,
100, no idea. They have this protected with every patent they can go for,
so, I have no idea what this could be worth worldwide, it's like trying to
put a value on water.

I don't know what the final outcome will be, but I sure feel that if there
is a stock worth taking a gamble on, this is it. At under .75, I don't see
how you can miss.

(NVID-INTERNATIONAL)(NVID) NVID announces Aqua BioControls
meets stringent standards set by National Sanitation Foundation
(NSF); can now expand new product line into commercial marketplace

Business Editors
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 8, 1996--NVID
International Inc. (OTC BB:NVID) announced Thursday that in
independent testing, their new electronic ionization product line,
Aqua BioControl has met or exceeded the standards set forth by the
National Sanitation Foundation, and ANSI/UL for electrical safety.

President Bob Bunte stated: "We believe that we are one of only
four companies in our industry to meet or exceed NSF and ANSI/UL
standards for sanitation and electrical safety, which places us in
the enviable envious and advantageous position of being able to
penetrate the commercial market with the new state of the art line of
products." Bunte added, "We anticipate worldwide sales of our
products to continue to escalate to record levels."

This new product line, Aqua BioControls, is a computerized,
electronic ionization/water disinfection system which automatically
monitors and adjusts the ionization process for such variables as a
pH and chlorine feeding system in pools, spas, fountains, cooling
towers, marine habitats, hospitals, etc.

"NVID's potential should not be overlooked or underestimated,"
noted Bunte, "taking into account the huge and ever increasing
demand for our new electronic ionization system coupled with our
non-toxic, liquid disinfectant (Microsafe(r)). NVID will be a leader
in the critical fight against many forms of bacteria and infectious
diseases which threaten the masses."

NVID International Inc. is a developmental holding company. Its
wholly owned subsidiary is Aqua Bio Technologies Inc., a company
which develops, manufactures, markets and distributes Electronic
Water Disinfection Equipment with customers in the
industrial/commercial, hospital/medical and residential pools, spas,
and fountains.

NVID, what a developing story. I was reading back through some old news
releases and it seems that on the very first mention of Microsafe
(unnamed at the time) it stated that it could kill Staph and Salmonella
on contact within 15 seconds. Funny how when the USDA gets involved it
became 30 seconds. I like that, it tells me that basically it kills bacteria on
contact and that they don't want to make outrageous claims.
Falls right into place with my statement the other day, that management is
down to earth.

Also found out that Microsafe can be shipped in liquid or granular form. The
reason I mention this, is that bulk concentrated shipments can be delivered to
municipalities very cost effectively, for use in water systems. I tried to
put a price on this stock that would fairly value it, but there is no way to
estimate the magnitude of such a market. So I went with just what we have
so far, based on just the Aqua Biocontrol division. Even that is not the
easiest thing to do, they to have a huge market and a leading edge
technology that puts them in the forefront of water purification.
Since the bulk of their business in the
commercial area, that means, it is all by contract, and what they have
already sold is not a guarantee of future awards.

That got me to thinking, they may very well have a total solution. Not only
purify the particulate matter out of our water supply, but also have the
method to kill all bacteria too. After having those thoughts I
realized that although I came up with 1.50 to 1.75 based on existing
business, you really couldn't put a price tag on this company, but rest
assured it worth one hell of lot more than the present .50 cents, and when
both the Fortune 500 companies and the USDA results come through this is
going to skyrocket.

I like NVID a lot, can you tell.

NVID I don't think I have ever wished for a stock to go down, but
in this case, would that ever be a Godsend. I continue to look for NVID's
story to get out, and steady buy side action to keep pressure to the upside.
This could easily move to the $1 range, based just on the present financials,
alone. It would not surprise
me to see more news forthcoming as we lead into the USDA findings.

I have received several inquiries regarding NVID and I conclude that some
you do not realize the full potential or quite understand the company.
First of all NVID is made up of two divisions, both of which
center around products that the deal with fighting bacteria, either though
purification or a disinfectant.

The water purification is achieved via a patented Ionization process, and is
primarily directed at the commercial end of the market, i.e., hotels/casinos
and hospitals. This division alone is profitable and a rapidly growing
market of which they are one of only a handful of products that have
surpassed the standards established for water purification. This segment of
the market is enough to warrant consideration for investment in NVID, as it
will be the meat and potatoes, backbone of this company.

The dessert comes in the form of Microsafe, a human consumable disinfectant
that addresses what many claim to be a $300 billion problem, bacteria. The
uniqueness in Microsafe is in the fact that it is strong enough to kill such
hardy strains of bacteria such as Staph, Salmonella, and other deadly germs
on contact, but is safe enough to drink. That means it can be used in
Municipal water supplies in place of Chlorine, it can be used in meat
processing plants, restaurants, hospitals, or just about anywhere. This is
where some of the confusion comes in. Most think that the USDA is running
tests to approve Microsafe, not true, they are conducting tests regarding
it's effectiveness in killing bacteria and it's toxicity. Since Microsafe is
made from all non-toxic ingredients the company feels confident that the
USDA will approve it for use in the meat processing industry, of which has
been under attack from the Clinton Administration
to clean ups it's act.

So what you have is a company that is worth more than it's present .40-50 based
just on one division, has a patented disinfectant that addresses a
multi-billion problem, and a government that is hell bent to address that
problem. What was it that John Mellon once said of becoming a millionaire,
"Find a solution to a problem." Well I 'd say NVID has the solution, now my
problem is finding enough free cash to buy more.

(NVID-INTERNATIONAL)(NVID) NVID International enters veterinary
market with Microsafe, its revolutionary non-toxic disinfectant

Business Editors
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 14, 1996--NVID

applications with several veterinarians, NVID's Microsafe F-5 has
shown to be effective in the treatment of large animals.

applications are needed to produce the desired treatment effects
associated with proper healing.

in every veterinary office in the country."

NVID International believes this product should be available for
general veterinary use before year end.

NVID
Yesterdays announcement from NVID, is only a small indication of the uses
that Microsafe has as a safe disinfectant. What failed to be disclosed is how it
came about that Microsafe was introduced to the veterinary market. Seems one
of the principles in the company had a next door neighbor that was going to put
a horse down, due to lesions on it's legs that became infected. They offered to
spray some Microsafe on the horses leg, after all what did they have to
lose. Even though the horse had been treated with several other medications
and did not
respond, when Microsafe was used, the infection cleared up within three
days and the
horse even started to grow hair back on it's leg within days.

I am also hearing that there is more to the story regarding the Fortune 500
companies. In the news release it mentioned that they were negotiating for
non-consumable
disinfectant rights, but what I'm hearing is that they basically that is
true, but their
main focus is on the consumable end of the market, once approval has been
secured. It is
expected that not only USDA recommendations will be forthcoming shortly, but
that FDA approval
should be forthcoming within 30 days of application, of which they are ready
to submit
any day.

Again yesterday any attempt to weaken was abruptly halted when buying came
in a supported this at the mid 40's level. A very positive sign that we have
found a new
base and support area.
