I suspect Musharraf's days are numbered. I don't see a real clear path for us to have a future relationship that is positive. I hope I'm wrong.

And its a big problem given their nuclear arsenal. A radical regime may very well sell/give nukes to other parties ... including Saudi Arabia and even worse, al Qaida. If we don't do something eventually there will be several Muslim countries with nuclear weapons. Once that point is reached, when a mushroom cloud forms over NYC, San Francisco, or DC - who do we nuke in retaliation?
