Maurice: What is your analysis of this study? The charts on pages 9 and 10 appeared to show that EVDO and HSDPA have similar functional characteristics to what will be offered by WiMax. This raises the question of why a company would want to build out a new system if no competitive advantage can be shown to the existing system-- a point emphasized in the "Why Max?" essay by Qualcomm's marketing/strategy guy (?Jeffrey Belk). Anyway, thanks for the post but I'm still interested in your take on the substance. j.
