The syndicate members exchanged over 500 messages with each other, directed towards manipulating the price of Olympus' shares to today's price of $2.31 per share, an increase of 824%. Incredibly the messages describing the market manipulation of Olympus stock can still be viewed at siliconinvestor.com. Copies of these messages have been sent to the SEC." I remain, a...
