Emphasis on his disagreement with a couple of recent court decisions and proposed legislation is condensed at about 21:00 to 26:00. Interesting Q&A from about 28:00, including an offhand scoffing at WiMax wrt timing reminiscent of delays in probable usefulness similar to IJ's 2001 warning on WCDMA delays, followed by a quick fencing match with a young Intel guy. Commentary on ETSI voting rules, devaluation of fundamental patents by patent counting, etc. etc.. Lookin' good.
