The President and CEO - One of Nuvo's strenght: From my point of view, one of the reasons that Nuvo is now becoming a very good business is the strength of its president. First, he gave clear indication that he saw that Nuvo’s revenues could be increased to 100M$. Second, he changed Nuvo’s business model by focusing on only a few profitable activities. Third, he strengthened existing partnerships and developed new ones. Fourth, he developed an acquisition strategy and acted on it. Fifth, he facilitated the development of high margin products. Finally, he recruited the right people to help him in attaining his objectives, (Ex: Jerry Davis and Jim Williams). All of these actions have embarked Nuvo on the train of becoming a highly profitable 100M$ company. IMHO of course.
