"NEW YORK, Sept 25 (Reuter) - SBC Warburg Dillon Read raised its rating for Ascend Communications Inc to a buy from an outperform, the Wall Street firm said on Thursday." I hate these analyse to the bone. Their up/down grade are worthless to me. When they are upgrading, they are preparing to sell ASND to the low level then down grade again.
