You choose to blame everyone but the man who armed North Korea for their being armed. It was Clinton who gave them the nuclear reactor and fed them to help them withstand a critical food shortage that might have toppled the dictatorship. So, by extension you claim it was anyone else but Clinton who bears responsibility for his actions.

Oh, and you have mistyped President Bush's name. Regardless of how much you hate him, we all owe the respect to the office. Please do not do that again. Thanks for your cooperation.
