It's a completely muddied explanation....on purpose. They don't use words pertaining to something this important without first choosing them carefully. And it still can't possibly fit with the times in which the towers came down. Nor does it explain the massive mushrooming of the pulverized debris beginning immediately on collapse and continuing throughout.

If the building was being pulled inward all that debris would not be so forcefully thrown out. It wouldn't get completely turned to dust immediately.
