Aren't there FCC rules which deal with what ABC might be doing? I'm not saying they're violating any rules, but they might be, and if they are, it's not an unreasonable stance.

Would you elaborate on what you think ABC might be doing wrong which brought some democrats to threaten pulling their FCC license?
