Paul,

OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, .... Why is everybody picking on me?

See how good a trader I am. Buy DSWWF just before it goes to it's lowest level in six weeks. I was up 12.5% for the month and 2.5% for the week then lose the whole week in one day with ELAMF and DSWWF.

The NTAIF situation was making me uncomfortable. I've always liked Deswell more than Namtai. I saw the warrants selling below $8.00 and I was $4.00 up on my recent NTAIF buys, so I sold off and bought the warrants. After I reviewed both considering the new dilution on NTAIF, Deswell looked far more attractive.

They have shown consistent, almost predictable growth. With the new machinery and other things I posted, the next two Qs should be very good. With Namtai... I think the next Q earnings report might be a disappointment to a lot of investors. They seem to have a lot of fluctuations in revs and margin that one doesn't see with Deswell.

Blame this switch on you as you're the one that made me like DSWLF so much. I didn't get back in where I sold, but I'm cheating and putting the NTAIF profits into my position on the warrants so I can say I did.

"Tommorrow, tommorrow, I love you tommorrow. You're only a day away."

Ron
