Probably not, probably a layer of steel mesh which would have been fairly negligible in the collapse. Normal concrete. Agree, probably "normal". Definitely not the the high psi spec that the core areas were made of, but a lower psi mix. Maybe lightweight or standard, it doesn't make a big difference, neither have much in the way of tensile strength and would fall apart fairly easily except under even compression.
