Shares of the world's second-biggest maker of personal-computer processors were raised to ``overweight'' from ``equal weight'' by Lehman Brothers analyst Tim Luke, who wrote in a note that he expects a ``significant'' increase in orders from computer-makers such as Dell Inc., International Business Machines Corp. and Lenovo Group Ltd.
