Now I find it incredibly annoying when the SEC actually does do something. This is so ridiculous now - is this what makes a stock haltable by the SEC?

"SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION SUSPENDS TRADING IN SOUTHWESTERN MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, INC. DUE TO QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OF STATEMENTS MADE TO THE PUBLIC"

I can name 50 other companies right now that continue to make statements of highly questionable accuracy.

Why was this one $0.15 stock selected for enforcement?

This action by SEC only goes to help the fraud promoters, who now can say, "See, if we weren't telling the truth the SEC would step in immediately!"

Unbelievable. Better to have no enforcement than to crack down on 1 out of 100.
