NO..if you covered your tracks you have nothing to worry about...and no, that foo don't sh*t! BTW there are certain threads that invite hypsters to list there picks and usually have the word <hype> in the thread title. Would hype on these threads be prosecutable IYHO?? Re: OVIS, the company is now sueing certain law firm and partners who have instigated the hype, and supposedly own large short positions, and issued warnings and false accusations to drive the stock down and cover their naked shorts. SNCG...something or someone is keeping this alive. DJ, why don't you snoop around and try to find out who or what is causing this near 100% gain this week. There's a smoking gun somewhere!
