Yes! And Intels stock price reflects that. AMD is still using the quasi MHz rating system which makes some sense to "Average Joe" buyers. Intels naming system is clueless.

True. Pentium 4's burned out at about 3.8 Ghz.
And Mhz sells went out the window.
I honestly couldn't tell you which Intel "mystery" chips are the fastest without researching it. I can tell you which AMD chips are the fastest, no problem.
