SEG's proxy is out. Nothing earth-shattering, though they seem to pay management pretty well. But this was fun... "During the fiscal year ended June 27, 1997, the Company paid the amount of $931,577 for chartered aviation services to Monterey Airplane Company, a company 100% owned by Alan F. Shugart, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, and his wife. The Company believes that the terms of such transactions were no less favorable than those which could be obtained from entities unrelated to the Company." Oh heck, just buy the damn corporate jets. I'm sure the stockholders won't mind.
