I was trying to let you know that is addressed in Edwards and Magee .. as a recognized pattern. They call it a Head and Shoulder Consolidation then expound on the Inverted part .. it does occur in the upper stratosphere .. notice how the STO is ready to crossover in the Overbought range as well. Enjoy !
