What to hear some crap!... The CONTACT: Randall A. Baker at 760-360-1042 for the lawsuit finely called me back. Man we have nothing to fear from these clowns. He was telling me that there were way more than 3,071,081 shares of OVIS authorized as shares outstanding. What a load of crap. The TA has the to total authorized shares (3,071,081) outstanding. He then told me that all my numbers were wrong and that he was right. His client (BOSS HOSS, Dempsey Mork) is mad that the share price increased without any fundamental changes in the company. He is serious that he is pissed the stock price went from .19 cents to the present level. I told him I'd be pissed also if I was short and had to buy back the shorted shares on the public market. This clown then said he has a copy a stock certificate for 1 million shares in OVIS. I asked him for the certificate number and he changed his tune, well I don't have it here or available (BS). I then asked him why this person has not filed with the SEC as having more than 5% of the shares O/S. Get this, he said that the person did not have to do it (BS 2), total crap is what I told him! I told him how to get my address in case he wants to include me in the lawsuit which was hinted in the last press release (yesterday), and that I would file a countersuit him and all concerned if they tried this crap with me. He seems to think we are a novice investors. I informed him that I play the market for a living and I know BS when I see it. His last remarks about Market Makers never having to cover ended the conversation as this guy and those concerned do not have a clue. RG
