1 - Iran accused of hiding secret nuclear weapons site telegraph.co.uk IAEA Report Says Iran Has Bomb Plans foxnews.com 2- No Iran has not been in compliance 3 - Peaceful purposes yes but that doesn't justify their nuclear weapons program. 4 - The Us has no obligation under the NPT to refrain from developing new types of weapons. 5 - The US has no obligation under the charter to not threaten any nation. If there was such an obligation than Iran already violated it when Iran threatened Israel.
