Sorry to hear about your boss. Regd DPII and Infinity, Infinity needs DPII as much as DPII needs Infi.Coz Infi gets things like extra cash, no exisiting DPII's drugs and liabilities, can become public in this down market, No underwriting fees. The merger deal was almost locked.My only concern with Infi is the 4:1 split and the higher share price as a result.
